Scope of Work:

- Branch Audits:

o Conducting High valued branches and vendor visits including collection agencies

o Visits to be conducted at customer contact points if required (delinquent cases)

o Submission of report to Management along with resolution

- Compliance Check:

o Update on RBI guidelines, SEBI LODR and other regulatory changes

o Audit of recently implemented guidelines

- Action Taken Reports:

o Follow up on open observations with stakeholder

o Quarterly Testing of closure points

- IFC (RCM):

o RCM self-certification and monitoring

o RCM updation and testing of controls

o Coordination with Stat auditor and IA for testing

- Vigilance Mechanism:

o Monthly customer calls on selected samples to get the on-ground feedbacks

o Identify industry wide recent changes and current processes





o Lead generated from vigilance to be incorporated in audits

- Audit Assistance:

o Coordination and follow up with auditee on data requirement

o Transactional and basic analytical workings

o Increase productivity and effectiveness in audit

- Other work:

o Coordinate with Statutory auditors for their data requirements

o Submission of RCM along with testing results to Statutory auditors

o Submission of data for RBI and NHB audits to Compliance team
