Scope Of Work

Primary Role

- Conduct audits for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM)
- Handle customer escalations effectively
- Manage and mentor Service Hero teams
- Conduct induction and training programs for new Service Heroes
- Planning and distribution of relevant inventory through ERP
- Coordinating with the relevant government authorities for the permitting process
- Attend Corrective Maintenance activities, conduct site testing, and provide support to Sr. Service Heroes as needed
- Internal and External stakeholder management & constant Kaizen mentality
- Maintain and adhere to zero safety violations

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
