We’re Hiring for a Guidewire Developer

Location: Chennai / Coimbatore / Pune

Experience: 7+ years

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire (GW) Developer to join our team. If you have strong Guidewire expertise, excellent SQL skills, and experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain, we'd love to connect with you!

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of skilled experience in the IT industry
- 5+ years of dedicated experience with the Guidewire platform
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimsCenter (CC), PolicyCenter (PC), and Integrations
- Expert in SQL Scripting
- Strong understanding of the Guidewire Data Model
- Experience creating complex SQL queries for business reports in PC, BC & CC
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio, Gosu & Gosu Scripting
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML & JSON
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance Domain experience – Mandatory
- Guidewire Certification – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimsCenter and PolicyCenter applications
- Develop and maintain business logic using Gosu and Guidewire Studio
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP services




- Configure Guidewire integration frameworks and troubleshoot integration issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical discussions
- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud
- Knowledge of Guidewire DataHub & InfoCenter
- Familiarity with BillingCenter and other Guidewire InsuranceSuite components
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience in insurance lines of business such as Commercial Auto, Workers' Compensation, and Property & Casualty (P&C;)
