- Handle complete import and export operational activities.

· Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoice, Packing List

- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- Shipping Instructions
- Certificate of Origin, FTA documents
- Export/Import Licensing documents
- LUT/Bond for exports (if applicable)
- · Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, transporters & CHA
- · Track shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery
- · Verify HS Codes, duties, taxes, GST, IGST refunds, and trade compliance
- · Maintain records in ICEGATE, DGFT portal for schemes like EPCG, Advance License etc.
- · Communicate with overseas suppliers & customers for shipment & documentation
- · Prepare MIS reports on shipments, landed costs, claims etc.
- · Handle logistics negotiations to optimize freight and cost efficiency
- · Ensure adherence to Govt.



guidelines (Foreign Trade Policy, Customs Act)

· Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business / Supply Chain / International Trade

- · Diploma in Export–Import (EXIM) or Foreign Trade is preferred
- · 1–3 Yrs experience in Import/Export operations (freshers with specialization can be considered)
- ·Valuable Command in MS Excel, Email communication & ERP systems. Bill of Lading / Airway Bill/ IGST refund, Certificate of Origin, Insurance, LUT/Bond Coordination with overseas suppliers, customers.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
