The Shift Incharge oversees and manages all aspects of operations during their shift. They coordinate with various departments to ensure the efficiency and productivity of operations. They are responsible for maintaining a protected work environment, managing personnel, and ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met.
- Manage and supervise all activities during the shift
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain production schedules
- Resolve operational issues promptly
- Monitor and optimize production processes
- Train and support staff members
- Maintain detailed and accurate shift reports
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
