Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure project quality, and manage site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction work, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and materials used in office.
- Manage labor, equipment, and material resources efficiently.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling,



and cost control activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in construction site supervision and project execution.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Strong understanding of quality control and site safety practices.
- Valid engineering license or certification (where applicable) is an advantage.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
