Position: Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 2+ years of proven success in revenue generation, business development, and strategic marketing. The candidate will lead sales growth initiatives, develop market expansion strategies, and manage high-value client relationships.

Drive direct revenue for Winners Hill Resorts through pure outbound sales(cold calls, cold emails, WhatsApp outreach, and in-person sales visits) to convert corporate bookings, weddings, events, and group outings.

This is a hunter role, not marketing or lead support.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Execution:
- Conduct daily cold calls to corporates, HR heads, event managers, wedding planners, travel agents, institutions, and associations
- Run cold email & WhatsApp outreach with structured follow-ups
- Plan and execute direct sales visits to offices, agencies, planners, and institutions

Pitch Winners Hill Resorts for:
- Destination weddings
- Corporate offsites & conferences
- Day outings & bulk group bookings
- Institutional & association events
- Lead Conversion & Closures
- Qualify prospects and understand booking intent, budget, and timelines
- Handle objections and negotiate commercially within approved margins
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate site visits and walkthroughs when required

Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain a clear sales pipeline (prospects → discussions → closures)
- Track daily activity: calls, meetings, proposals,



conversions and update
- Share weekly revenue and conversion reports with management

Market & Relationship Building
- Build long-term relationships with:
-Wedding planners
-Event agencies
-Corporate admins & HR teams
-Travel agents

Represent the resort professionally in all offline interactions

What This Role Is NOT?
No social media handling
No influencer marketing
No brand campaigns
No inbound-only sales

This role is 100% outbound + conversion focused.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Mandatory
- Robust spoken English & Tamil
- Proven experience in cold calling and direct sales
- Comfortable with field sales & travel
- High follow-up discipline and closure mindset

Preferred
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, events, or B2B services
- Existing network of corporates, planners, or agents (bonus)
- Ability to sell premium experiences, not discounts

Compensation Structure
- Fixed salary
- performance-linked incentives might be considered
- Incentives on closed revenue, not just leads

Location
- Based in / around Coimbatore – Pollachi – Tirupur belt
- Willing to travel locally for sales meetings
