Job Title: Sales Associate – US Process (Night Shift)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our growing US Sales Team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a successful career in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Present and promote company services to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development,



or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Robust verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of the US IT market, visa types, and tax terms.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
