Desqoo is a growing furniture brand focused on delivering high-quality, functional, and stylish furniture solutions for homes and businesses. We are looking for a motivated Digital Sales Executive to drive online sales, manage customer enquiries, and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through digital platforms such as the website, social media, WhatsApp, email, and online marketplaces.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Provide product information, quotations, and order updates.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in digital sales, inside sales, or online sales.
- Experience in the furniture industry is preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
