About the Role
AB Traders is hiring a dynamic, growth-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset. This isn't a routine desk job — we want someone who thinks like a business owner, explores the market, builds relationships, and actively drives company growth.
You'll work in the field, visiting construction sites and connecting with builders, architects, contractors, plumbers, and carpenters, while also supporting our digital marketing and brand-building efforts.
What You'll Do
- Visit sites to identify new residential, commercial, and institutional construction projects
- Build relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, site engineers, plumbers, carpenters, and interior designers
- Identify decision-makers, understand project needs, and generate qualified business leads
- Explore new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities
- Spot requirements for sanitaryware, pipes, fittings, WPC doors and frames, and plumbing solutions
- Maintain records of site visits, customer interactions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the Sales Team on lead handover and follow-up
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends
- Support social media, WhatsApp marketing, and brand campaigns
- Submit regular daily/weekly/monthly reports

Education: Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related field.
Experience: Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome. Prior experience in field marketing, construction/building materials, sanitaryware, plumbing, or real estate is a plus.
