We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth and manage marketplace operations across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. We are hiring an E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Manager to manage marketplace operations and drive online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

 Manage sales across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other platforms

 Handle seller dashboards including product listings, catalogue, inventory, pricing, orders, and account health

 Ensure fulfilment of purchase orders and resolve marketplace issues with support teams

 Coordinate with production, logistics, procurement, and finance teams for smooth operations

2. Advertising & Performance Marketing

 Run and optimize campaigns on third party e-commerce and quick commerce platforms

 Improve ROAS, ACOS, sales, conversion rates and profitability

 Manage sponsored listings, keywords, and promotional visibility

3. Business Development & Growth

 Identify and on board new marketplaces and online sales channels

 Track market trends,



competitor activity, and platform updates

 Support expansion of digital sales presence

4. Reporting

 Preparesales, inventory, and ad performance reports

 Track key metrics including sales, traffic, conversions, and ROAS

 Share insights and recommendations for growth and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, preferably FMCG or food industry

 Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, JioMart, or similar platforms

 Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management, inventory planning, pricing, and performance marketing

 Experience managing marketplace ad campaigns and improving ROAS

 Solid analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

 Accountability and confidence in pitching to new e commerce and qui commerce companies

 Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Skills

 Knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce platforms

 Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Shopify Liquid

 Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate backend changes when required

Salary: Competitive

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
