Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, client invoicing, statutory compliance, and employee grievance handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll & generate paysheets
- Raise monthly client invoices
- Manage PF, ESIC, TDS, and other compliances
- Handle F&F; settlements and payroll trackers
- Prepare reports (MIS, man-days, exit reports)
- Use Excel, Tally & Spine Software for payroll tasks
Skills Required:
- Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Tally, Spine Software
- Basic knowledge of salary structures & compliance
- Positive communication & analytical skills
