About the Role

BrandCraft Creative Ad Agency LLP is looking for a Video Editor who's passionate about storytelling through cuts, pacing, and trend-driven edits. If you live and breathe seamless transitions, know exactly what makes a reel go viral, and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content, we want to hear from you. You'll create content for social media, digital ads, and client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-performing videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Meta Ads
- Add text overlays, transitions, and basic animations to enhance storytelling
- Conceptualize and storyboard videos based on creative briefs
- Collaborate closely with social media and design teams to maintain brand consistency
- Adapt and optimize videos for multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)
- Handle color grading, sound design, and platform-optimized exports
- Stay current with editing trends, transitions, and platform algorithm dynamics

Requirements

- 1–2 years of agency-level experience as a Video Editor
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in the editing workflow




- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools)
- Proven experience with both polished branded content and fast-paced viral short-form edits
- Strong creative instincts, fast turnaround ability, and sharp attention to detail
- Familiarity with trending sounds, hook-building techniques, and engaging cut styles
- Bonus: Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator for quick visual edits
