Sporty Vibes is a leading preschool sports academy dedicated to developing children's physical, social, and cognitive skills through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate sports programs. Our curriculum includes Multisports and Movement Activities for children.

We're looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to help grow our brand presence and build strong relationships with preschools, parents, and communities.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach preschools, educational institutions.
- Schedule meetings with school management to introduce Sporty Vibes programs.
- Present company profiles and sports program proposals.
- Build long-term relationships with school administrators.
- Coordinate marketing activities with coaching teams.
- Organize promotional events, sports demonstrations, and trial sessions.
- Promote Sports Day events and parent engagement programs.
- Generate enquiries through marketing.
- Maintain CRM and lead database.
- Follow up with schools and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team for successful onboarding.
- Collect testimonials, photos, and videos for promotions.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Suggest innovative marketing strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Track campaign performance, enquiries, conversions, and ROI.
- Maintain records of school visits and marketing activities.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.




- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media.
- Creativity in content creation.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel for school visits and promotional activities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0 –3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or education marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm may also apply.
