Job Responsibilities

- Identify and visit probable retail and industrial customers in assigned territories
- Generate new leads and develop a strong sales pipeline
- Understand market conditions, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Promote weighing scales and allied products to current and existing customers
- Take independent sales and marketing initiatives aligned with company goals
- Plan daily field activities without waiting for detailed instructions
- Maintain customer data, visit reports, and follow-up records
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business

- Electronic Weighing Scales




- Cash Counting Machines
- Sealing Machines
- Paper Shredders
- Jewellery Rate Boards and allied products

Qualification

- Any graduation / diploma preferred

Experience

- 2–3 years of relevant field sales experience preferred
- Experience in retail, industrial, or B2B sales is an advantage

Skills Required

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Valuable understanding of local market conditions
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively in the field
