- Attendance management
- Payroll coordination
- Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
- Employee engagement activities
- Maintaining employee records and HR coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Experience handling attendance for 300+ employees preferred
- Basic knowledge of payroll and HR operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
Work Location: Wadala Truck Terminals
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
