KVR Maruti Suzuki Arena is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Service Advisor to join our team at our Athanikkal, Calicut branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service recommendations.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Keep customers updated on service progress.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the service process.
- Ensure accurate documentation and billing coordination.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B-Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, or any relevant discipline.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills and a strong interest in the automobile industry may also apply.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid LMV Driving Licence is mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
