Key Responsibilities
- Handle room reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
- Ensure timely confirmation of reservations and maintain reservation records.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for smooth guest arrivals.
- Upsell room categories, packages, and hotel services to maximize revenue.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and resolve reservation-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy of rates, inventory, and guest information in the PMS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Tourism preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in Hotel Reservations.
- Good knowledge of PMS (Opera or similar hotel reservation systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
