Position: Operations Executive

Location: Auto Nagar Hayathnagar, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 Per Month

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Skills: MS Excel, Inventory Management, Documentation, Customer Coordination

Job Description:

Plan, coordinate, and execute daily operational and dispatch activities.

Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and other records.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.

Maintain accurate records of dispatches and provide regular reports to management.

Handle product returns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Track inventory movement and ensure stock accuracy.





Act as a point of contact for customers regarding dispatch and operational inquiries.

Provide timely updates on order status, delays, and issue resolutions.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
