Service Engineer – Customer Support

Location: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Travelling Allowances
Qualification: ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (R∾) / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Openings: 3

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend customer service calls and preventive maintenance (AMC) visits.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and refrigeration diagrams (training will be provided if required).
- Perform basic mechanical work such as drilling, tapping, and gas welding (copper piping).
- Charge refrigerants and carry out system servicing (training will be provided if required).
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely service updates.Ensure adherence to company policies, service processes,



and AMC schedules.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant field service experience.

✅ Basic communication skills with the ability to read and write English.

✅ Own bike is mandatory for daily travel within and around Chennai.

✅ Willingness to travel across South India and occasionally PAN India based on project requirements.

✅ Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or service-based industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

- Diploma (Required)

Experience:

- refrigeration diagrams: 1 year (Required)

Location:

- Poonamallee, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Preferred)
