Designation : Senior Recruiter

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and ATS records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in IT, non-IT, or staffing recruitment.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.

Preferred Skills

- Team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics.
- Experience hiring at senior and managerial levels.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
