SocialChamps is hiring on behalf of its client, Swati Realty, for the position of HR Executive.

We are looking for an HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced work setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals and other channels.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Support performance review and confirmation processes.
- Coordinate exit formalities.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of HRMS and basic labour laws will be an added advantage.

Work Location: Baner,Pune
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
