Role Overview

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Inter CA qualified with strong accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting experience. The ideal candidate will support statutory compliance, financial analysis, and end-to-end accounting functions while working closely with senior finance team members.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Support preparation of financial statements as per accounting standards.

Taxation & Compliance

Assist in preparing and filing GST returns, TDS returns, income tax computations, and related documentation.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accounting policies.

Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Audit & Internal Controls

Conduct internal audits, identify discrepancies, and suggest corrective measures.

Review accounting processes and help in strengthening internal control systems.

Verify financial documents, vouchers, and reconciliations.





Reconciliation & Reporting

Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.

Prepare MIS reports, financial analyses, and management summaries.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Financial Coordination

Communicate with vendors, customers, financial institutions, and internal departments for data and clarifications.

Support management in financial planning, cost analysis, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

CA Inter / IPCC cleared (both groups preferred).

3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, taxation, or finance.

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar).

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
