Key Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive sessions on MBA subjects using practical, application-based teaching methods.
- Develop and enhance course content, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with industry requirements.
- Introduce students to AI tools and their applications in business, analytics, strategy, operations, and decision-making.
- Mentor students on academics, internships, projects, career planning, and professional skill development.
- Design and evaluate assignments, quizzes, case studies, and projects, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Support workshops, guest lectures, industry interactions, and other student development initiatives.

Must-Haves

- MBA from a recognized university.
- Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience with MBA or management students.




- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex management concepts through practical examples and case-based learning.
- Working knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, etc.) and the ability to integrate them into teaching.
- Solid mentoring, coaching, and student engagement skills.
- Industry experience in a management or business function is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
