We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support our team in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and providing data-driven insights. This internship offers hands-on experience in business analysis, stakeholder communication, and project coordination while working on real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Documents.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collect, clean, and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Support project planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams and document meeting minutes.
- Conduct market and competitor research when required.

Required Skills





- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Understanding of business analysis concepts and software development lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with an interest in business analysis and data analytics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
