We’re Hiring | Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO

At CeeBee Design Studio, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys bringing structure to a dynamic workday.

This isn’t just an administrative role—it’s an opportunity to work closely with the Founder & CEO of a growing premium design firm, supporting business strategy, operations, client coordination, and day-to-day decision-making.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- 25+ years of age with professional work experience
- Highly organised, proactive, and dependable
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- A quick learner who enjoys solving problems and taking initiative
- Able to manage multiple priorities with confidence and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment




- Someone who takes ownership, maintains confidentiality, and gets things done

This role is ideal for someone who wants more than a desk job. You’ll gain first-hand exposure to leadership, business growth, operations, client management, and the inner workings of an established design studio.
