Job Summary

Harini Infrastructure is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Residential Interior Architect / Interior Designer / Draftsperson to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of residential interior design, space planning, and technical drafting, with the ability to prepare accurate and detailed working drawings for site execution.

This role is suitable for a candidate who is passionate about residential interiors and wants to gain practical experience working on real projects from design development to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop residential interior design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and technical drawings required for site execution.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, electrical layouts, and other relevant drawings.
- Develop detailed drawings for custom furniture, modular units, kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior elements.
- Coordinate design drawings with site requirements and ensure drawings are practical and execution-friendly.
- Make revisions and modifications to drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams when required.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and design detailing.




- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements when required.
- Ensure drawings and documentation are accurate, clear, and issued on time.
- Support the senior architect/designer in managing ongoing residential interior projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in residential architecture/interior design/drafting.
- Must have good knowledge of preparing working drawings for site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D visualization, or other design software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of residential interior construction, materials, and detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with a team.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative, technically sound, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The candidate should have a practical approach to design and be comfortable working on drawings that directly support in office execution of residential interior projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
