Preventive Maintenance

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on Air Handling Units (AHUs).
- Inspect and clean filters, cooling coils, drain pans, dampers, and blower assemblies.
- Lubricate bearings, motors, and moving components as per the maintenance schedule.
- Check belt tension, alignment, and replace worn or damaged belts.

Corrective Maintenance

- Diagnose and troubleshoot AHU mechanical and electrical faults.
- Repair or replace defective components such as motors, bearings, pulleys, belts, dampers, and sensors.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Test AHU performance after repairs to ensure proper operation.

Inspection and Monitoring

- Monitor airflow, temperature, humidity, pressure, and vibration levels.
- Inspect electrical connections, control panels, and safety devices.




- Identify abnormal operating conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper functioning of thermostats, actuators, and control systems.

Cleaning and Hygiene

- Clean cooling coils, filters, drain lines, and condensate trays.
- Ensure condensate drains are free from blockages and leaks.
- Maintain cleanliness of AHU rooms and surrounding work areas.
- Follow infection control and hygiene standards where applicable (e.g., hospitals, cleanrooms, food processing facilities).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
