BA nEngage with business stakeholders, credit, operations, product, and technology teams to understand business requirements by going through user stories. nPrepare / go through BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement Documents), User Stories, and Process Flow Diagrams (BPMN). nAct as a bridge between business users and technology delivery teams (internal and external) nCoordinate with third-party vendors, service providers, and credit bureaus stakeholders for system integrations and functional clarifications nSupport SIT, UAT, and regression testing by validating functional scenarios and ensuring adherence to requirements. nManage issue tracking, root cause analysis, and defect resolution coordination. nLiaise with Quality Assurance / Testing team to ensure that delivery is in accordance with the test plan and meets the set standards. nAssist business teams during go-live and stabilization phases. nConfigure the product specifications based on business requirements nPrepare a robust project plan and adhere to the agreed schedule defined in the project plan. nEnsure timely project-related updates to all involved stakeholders. nnDuration - 1 year (Can be renewable) .
