The Securities Finance Suite delivers a realtime platform that optimizes inventory, monetizes assets, informs trading decisions, and manages collateral more effectively, reducing regulatory risk through automation and connectivity.nnAbout the RoleA Product Support Representative will work with FIS clients to provide indepth product support, resolving customer inquiries related to installation, operation, maintenance, and product application.nnKey ResponsibilitiesProvide indepth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiriesTroubleshoot problems with malfunctioning software applications and recommend corrective actionRespond to customer product inquiries via telephone, email, or chat sessionsDocument customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product developmentRecreate and resolve client issues in a test environment, identifying how applications and systems interact to support business processesWork closely with Developers,
