This is an early-career role with real ownership, where you will learn delivery hands-on alongside experienced project leaders. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project planning and delivery, keep trackers and timelines current, and help teams stay coordinated and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination & Tracking

- Maintain project plans, trackers, and task lists day to day
- Coordinate meetings, notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Keep documentation and status updates accurate and current

Support & Communication

- Help flag risks, blockers, and slipping timelines early




- Support project managers across planning and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 0 to 2 years in a project, coordination, or operations role; freshers welcome
- Solid organisation, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfort with spreadsheets and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- An internship or project exposure in a startup or tech team
- Awareness of Agile or Scrum ways of working
- A degree in business, engineering, or a related field
