We are hiring Lead Structural Engineer is responsible for leading the structural design, analysis, and execution of engineering projects while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications. The role involves managing engineering teams, coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders, reviewing structural designs, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, analysis, and review of structural engineering projects for buildings, industrial facilities, bridges, or other infrastructure.
Develop structural design calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering codes, standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Perform structural analysis using engineering software and validate design outputs.
Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and engineering deliverables.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance support to structural engineers and design teams.
Participate in design reviews, value engineering,



constructability assessments, and risk evaluations.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
Resolve complex engineering issues and provide practical, cost-effective structural solutions.
Conduct site visits to review construction progress, inspect structural works, and address technical queries.
Support tender preparation, technical proposals, and client presentations when required.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems, health and safety standards, and company engineering procedures.
Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and changes in structural design codes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
Qualified Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent professional registration is an added advantage.
8–15 years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership and project management responsibilities.
Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, infrastructure, or EPC projects is preferred.
