We are hiring Telecalling Executive is responsible for making and receiving calls to promote products or services, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, address customer inquiries, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales and service targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
Explain product or service features, pricing, and advantages to customers.
Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or meetings for the sales team, where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.




Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead generation, or sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and promotional campaigns.
Prepare call reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer data privacy requirements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or BPO is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software and MS Office are preferred.
