We are hiring System Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and securing the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, networks, and user accounts. The role ensures system availability, performance, data security, and technical support while minimizing downtime and supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, desktops, and related hardware.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure optimal operation.
Manage user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access controls.
Perform system updates, patches, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Configure and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file servers.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, server, hardware, and software issues.
Manage backup, disaster recovery, and data restoration processes.
Install, configure, and support antivirus, endpoint protection, and security solutions.




Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V, where applicable.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices.
Maintain system documentation, asset inventory, and configuration records.
Provide technical support to end users and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty claims, and technical support.
Support IT infrastructure improvement projects and technology upgrades.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, Linux, VMware, or Cisco certifications are an added advantage.
Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS) is preferred.
