We are hiring Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, profitability, and performance of the branch. This role involves leading the branch team, driving business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, managing operational efficiency, achieving sales and financial targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Lead, motivate, coach, and supervise branch employees to enhance performance and productivity.
Monitor and improve customer service standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and monitor branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance.




Analyze branch performance and prepare periodic operational and financial reports.
Oversee inventory, assets, and facility management where applicable.
Recruit, train, and evaluate branch staff, conducting performance reviews and identifying development opportunities.
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively.
Identify business development opportunities and implement initiatives to expand the customer base.
Coordinate with regional and head office teams to implement company initiatives and operational improvements.
Ensure workplace safety, security, and adherence to quality standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
5–10 years of relevant experience, including leadership or branch management experience.
Experience in operations, sales, customer service, and team management.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
