Role Description The Investment Specialist will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, supporting the development and execution of investment strategies for individual and institutional clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial and market analysis, evaluating investment products, and preparing portfolio recommendations aligned with client goals and risk profiles. The role involves monitoring portfolio performance, preparing reports and presentations, and communicating key insights to internal stakeholders and clients. The Investment Specialist will collaborate with finance and advisory teams to refine investment models, respond to market changes, and contribute to investment research initiatives.



The position also requires maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards, and participating in internal reviews to enhance investment processes.
Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, assess risk, and draw meaningful conclusions from market and economic trends.
- Foundational knowledge of investments and finance, with experience or education in securities, asset classes, and portfolio construction.
- Expertise in investment strategies and investment management, including asset allocation, risk management techniques, and performance evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, NISM) are an advantage.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial modeling tools, and investment research platforms; comfort working with large data sets.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a concise, accessible manner.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in investment analysis, wealth management, or related financial roles is preferred but not strictly required for strong entry-level candidates.
