- At least 5 + years of total IT experience
- Strong development experience in COBOL, DB2, JCL
- Strong hands on experience in using standard Mainframe tools and utilities.
- Knowledge of CICS, MQ and scripting.
- Prior hands-on experience on a large Mainframe development project a must.
- Solid communication skills, energy, passion, aptitude and analytical skills
Prefer candidates with Telecom Domain knowledge
