About The Job:

- We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Application Security Specialist to manage and enhance the security posture of our SAP HANA setting (SAP CAR, Retail , CFIN).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining access controls, security policies, and compliance measures across the SAP landscape, ensuring secure and compliant operations.

Essential Job Functions:
- Design, implement, and maintain security roles and authorizations in SAP HANA and related applications (S/4HANA, Fiori, BW/4HANA, etc.)
- Configure and manage user and role administration using SAP HANA Cockpit, SAP Identity Management (IDM), and GRC tools.
- Analyze segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts and design mitigations or preventive controls.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to align security design with business requirements.
- Perform periodic audits, user access reviews, and compliance reporting to meet SOX, GDPR standards.
- Support vulnerability assessments and participate in incident response processes related to SAP security.
- Document security design, processes,



and procedures thoroughly for compliance and operational support.

Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills -

- Exp - 6B (Total 3+ Yrs of Exp, Relv - 3+ Yrs of Exp) and 7A (Total 5+ Yrs of Exp, Relv - 4+ Yrs of Exp)
- SAP Hana Security.
- Proficient in SAP security concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), authorization objects, and user administration.
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Fiori security, and HANA database-level privileges.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
