Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA skilled to drive quality assurance activities for Salesforce Experience Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce applications.
- Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, and Smoke Testing.
- Validate Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Test Lightning Components, Apex functionality, Flows, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Automation.
- Perform Salesforce Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver.
- Execute API and Integration Testing using Postman.
- Prepare and review Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Execution Reports,



and Defect Reports.
- Track and manage defects using JIRA.
- Collaborate with Development, Business, and Product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Support release validation and post-production verification.

Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of QA experience
- Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
- Selenium Automation
- API Testing using Postman
- Salesforce Security, Data Model, Flows, Validation Rules
- Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong communication skills

Good to Have
- Salesforce Administrator/QA Certification
- CI/CD and Salesforce Release Management exposure
