About The Job:

- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our digital transformation team in Operations.
- This role will focus on designing Clientive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces for our banking platforms, while also supporting multimedia content creation including video editing for customer education, marketing, and internal communication

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in banking or fintech.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and video content.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working on banking platforms such as Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar core banking systems
- Exposure to automation tools like Power Automate or integration with platforms like Sherlock for workflow enhancements




- Understanding of compliance and security considerations in financial services.
