About The Client:
FinOrion in India was established in the year 2008 in Mumbai as a liaison office. From April 2012, the India office became a wholly owned subsidiary of Orion Group, named as 'FinOrion Pharma India Private Limited'. A presence in India provides an opportunity for Orion to strengthen the business relationship with the current partners and support the head quarter in various office activities. FinOrion focuses mainly on Supply Chain and Product Development & Lifecycle Management activities. There are different functions like Procurement, Packaging Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Regulatory, Quality assurance, GMP and EHS Compliance etc. which contribute to various product life cycle management roles.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 8-10years
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to solving issue
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Project Management:

- Strong project management skills, including experience with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Leadership:

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Communication:





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge:

- Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and service delivery processes.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
