Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain One Identity Manager (1IM) solutions for identity lifecycle management.

Develop and manage provisioning and de-provisioning workflows, policies, and automation.

Configure connectors for integrating 1IM with systems like Active Directory, SAP, ServiceNow, Azure AD, and other enterprise applications.

Manage identity governance policies, including access reviews, certifications, and SoD controls.

Develop custom scripts, processes, and database queries to support business requirements.

Perform upgrades, patching,



and performance tuning of the One Identity platform.

Create and maintain documentation for architecture, configuration, and operational procedures.

Support audit and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.

Troubleshoot complex issues related to provisioning, authentication, authorization, and synchronization.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define and refine IAM strategy and roadmaps.

Provide support during off-hours for critical issues and participate in on-call rotations if required.
