Essential Job Function:
- Gathering Requirements:

- Collect project requirements and able to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Requirement Specification:

- Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
- Collaboration:

- Work with different departmental teams to ensure requirements is collected, documented, validated and signoff.
- Stakeholder Communication:

- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Documentation:

- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
- Project Management Support:

- Assist with project management for selected projects.

Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience

Technical Skills:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication:



Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analytics tools and software.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in documenting and analyzing business processes.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and practices

Certifications Needed:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
