Description

Major Deliverables:

- Building recent / maintain tie-ups with various banks and financial institutions
- Preparation of Project Information Memorandum, Teaser Notes, Appraisal Report
- Financial Modeling
- Coordination with potential lenders and obtaining sanction of required credit facilities for clients on desired terms & conditions
- Assist in Legal documentation
- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the sector

- Strong Credit bent of mind & Financial Analysis skills
- Execution skills (Must have closed a couple of syndication deals in the past)
- Top of mind recall of PSU/Private & Foreign Banks/NBFC and Financial Institutions
- Willingness to participate in field visits to clients across the country to understand the business and operational model.
- Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Undertake all other duties and projects as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time
- Working knowledge of the various sectors under Infrastructure
