Role Overview
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive focused on up-to-date search strategy — not just traditional SEO.
You must understand:
• SEO fundamentals (on-page + technical basics)
• AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
• GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
• AIO (AI-driven search & content optimization)




• How AI search is changing organic traffic behavior
This role is execution-focused. We are not hiring theory-only marketers.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct keyword research (manual + AI-assisted)
• Optimize content for featured snippets & AI results
• Structure content for AI-based discovery engines
• Improve indexing, internal linking & page structure
• Monitor rankings, impressions & CTR
• Use AI tools to cluster, plan & optimize content

Mandatory Skills
• 1–2 years real SEO execution
• Experience with Google Search Console & GA4
• Practical understanding of AEO / AI search evolution
• Strong analytical mindset
• Daily usage of AI tools for marketing execution
