Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Design Engineer to join our Mechanical team. This role focuses on product and part design using CAD tools, bill of materials (BOM) creation, and development of innovative mechanical products. The ideal candidate will have a robust grasp of mechanical principles, technical drawing standards, and design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed CAD drawings for components and assemblies

- Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects

- Assist in the design and development of new mechanical products

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to refine designs

- Ensure design compliance with technical and industry standards

- Document and maintain version control of designs and revisions

Requisites

- Sound understanding of mechanical parameters and systems

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel for data management and BOM creation

Eligibility Criteria

- Fresher with a minimum 7.0 CGPA in Mechanical Engineering

- Or minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical design or related field
