1. Deploy manpower as per production planning
2. Ensure optimum output
3. Train workers as per the SOP
4. Explain work instruction to shop floor workers
5. Check the working skill and output
6. Check and detect the faulty products
1. Get test result from Lab
2. Compare with standard parameters
3. Note the deviations and initiate corrective actions
4. Ensure calibration of equipments as per need
1. Instruct the group in-charge/workers for proper upkeep
2. Check the area randomly
3. Ensure; keeping the right thing at right place
4. Update on Rejection material/crap
5. Clearing rejections/crap as per the needs
6. Monitor and ensure the production floor is properly
cleaned.
1. Maintain the record as required by the department
2.



Keep its availability and irretrievability
3. Preparation of reports and sending to concerned
4. Ensuring marking of batches MRP etc where required
1. Ensure material handling properly
2. Avoid material waste
3. Collecting materials from store required for production as
per production plan well before production start to avoid
time loss

1. All safety measures to be kept in mind and followed
2. At the end of the shift actions are taken to see that all
inlets/outlets are sealed properly before leaving the factory
for better safety.
3. Ensuring required safety gadgets are properly used by the
workers while on work.
