About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong exposure to project-based accounting, vendor management, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Candidates who have previously worked with organizations similar to Hospertz India Private Limited or in healthcare/hospital project industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries
- Maintain project-wise accounting and cost tracking
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and client accounts
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PT, PF, and other statutory compliance filings
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and tax consultants during audits and assessments
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payment follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, debit/credit notes
- Handle payroll accounting entries and salary reconciliations




- Support management with budgeting and financial planning
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records as per company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) mandatory
- Com / CA Inter preferred
- Solid knowledge of Tally ERP, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting
- Experience in project accounting and vendor coordination
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates having experience in hospital turnkey projects, healthcare consulting, interior execution firms, construction/EPC companies, healthcare infrastructure companies, and multi-location project operations will be preferred.
