Job Title: ROW Officer – (Transmission Line) Key Responsibilities: · Land Acquisition & ROW Management: • Facilitate acquisition of Right of Way (ROW) for transmission line projects. • Prepare and maintain ROW compensation sheets and related documentation. • Ensure timely resolution of ROW issues to avoid project delays. · Stakeholder Coordination: • Liaise with landowners, local authorities, and government agencies for ROW clearances. • Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Supervisor, and senior management for smooth execution of ROW activities. • Maintain proper communication between field teams and stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted work progress. · Documentation & Compliance: • Prepare site-related documentation, agreements, and compensation records. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to ROW. • Maintain accurate records of negotiations, settlements, and clearances. · Support to Project Execution:
• Assist surveyors in land survey and demarcation activities. • Provide timely inputs to construction teams to avoid ROW-related bottlenecks. • Monitor and report ROW progress to management. · Safety & Quality Assurance: • Ensure ROW activities are conducted ethically, safely, and in line with company standards. • Support quality execution of transmission line projects by minimizing ROW disputes. Key Requirements: · 06–15 years of relevant experience in ROW management for EHV Substations and Transmission Line projects. · Solid knowledge of land acquisition processes, compensation mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks. · Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to prepare and manage site-related documentation with accuracy. · Proven track record of resolving ROW issues in large-scale transmission line
