Position Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing & Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that accelerate brand visibility, website performance, organic growth, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

You will oversee multiple websites and digital brands while managing a growing marketing team. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SEO, content marketing, website optimization, marketing automation, analytics, and B2B growth marketing.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring equal strength in strategy, execution, performance measurement, and team development.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy & Growth

- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and quarterly growth roadmaps.
- Define measurable marketing KPIs and success metrics.
- Align marketing initiatives with company revenue and growth goals.

Website Management & Digital Experience Optimization

Lead modernization and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple websites:

- Website redesign and transformation projects
- UX/UI optimization
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Landing page development and testing
- Mobile-first optimization
- Website speed and performance enhancements
- Technical SEO implementation
- User journey optimization
- Website governance and content management

Drive improvements in user engagement, lead conversion, website authority, and overall digital experience.

SEO Strategy & Organic Growth

Own and execute enterprise-level SEO initiatives:

- Keyword research and keyword mapping
- Technical SEO roadmap development




- On-page and off-page SEO optimization
- Competitor analysis
- Content gap analysis
- Backlink acquisition strategies
- Website authority improvements
- Search engine ranking growth
- Organic traffic expansion
- Local and international SEO opportunities

Monitor search performance and continuously optimize for increased visibility and lead generation.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

Develop scalable demand-generation programs that drive qualified business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

- Increasing marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
- Enhancing website inquiry conversion rates
- Improving landing page performance
- Lead nurturing and marketing automation
- Funnel optimization
- Campaign ROI analysis
- Supporting sales and business development teams with qualified pipeline opportunities

Content Marketing Leadership

Lead development and execution of high-value content assets, including:

- SEO-focused blog content

Develop content strategies that support SEO growth, lead generation, and brand credibility.

Manage and optimize company presence across:

Required Qualifications Education

Bachelor's Degree in:

- 3+ years of experience managing marketing teams
- Proven success managing and growing multiple websites

- Demonstrated success in lead generation and demand generation
- Experience creating executive marketing dashboards and analytics reporting
- B2B marketing experience
